Before your visit

Do prices vary by nationality or location?

Prices are the same for Korean and international clients at both studios. White is KRW 100,000 per person when booking for 2 or more guests.

How much is the deposit?

KRW 30,000 per person, or USD 20 per person via PayPal. Your booking is confirmed after payment is verified.

What is the cancellation policy?

A full refund is available for cancellations before 00:00 KST three calendar days before your appointment date. From that cutoff onward, refunds are unavailable. For an appointment on 10 October, cancel before 00:00 KST on 7 October. External booking platforms may have their own terms.

Which consultations include a skincare report?

Grey, Gold and All Inclusive include a personalised skincare recommendation report. Pearl Grey does not include a skin report.

Can I visit with friends?

Share your preferred studio, consultation, number of guests and language so we can advise on the session format. Please confirm duration when enquiring.

How long should I allow?

Duration varies according to the consultation and group size. If you have plans afterwards, please mention them when enquiring.
